Lindsay Beaupre

Lindsay Beaupre is Chief People and Workplace Operations Officer for Lyndra Therapeutics. A culture- and behavior-focused leader who optimizes strategic thinking, creative culture development, human capital strategies and effective internal coaching tools to meet the complex and diverse needs of a growing biotech company, Ms. Beaupre oversees all aspects of human resources, information technology, communications, environmental health and safety, security and facilities management for Lyndra, including talent acquisition, total rewards, development, and inclusion, diversity and equity as the company accelerates towards commercialization.

Before joining Lyndra, Ms. Beaupre served as an HR leader at Vertex Pharmaceuticals where she played a key role in deploying human capital strategies for the chief financial officer, general counsel, chief risk and compliance officer and their global leadership teams. Prior to joining Vertex, Ms. Beaupre served as Senior Director of human resources at ImmunoGen, where she managed the implementation of a company-wide performance management system and provided onsite professional development and leadership training. Ms. Beaupre also held multiple HR roles of increasing responsibility at Fidelity Investments and State Street Corporation.

Ms. Beaupre is an active member of the Boston HR Council and Human Resources Leadership Forum. Additionally, Ms. Beaupre also served for three years on the Board of Directors for a local elementary school district’s trust.

Ms. Beaupre holds a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. A busy mom of three, Ms. Beaupre loves spending time at the beach with her family and running 5K’s.
