Lyndra Therapeutics is seeking a clinical / medical team leader to guide multiple oral long-acting clinical development programs in several therapeutic areas including psychiatry, neurology, metabolic diseases, HIV, immunology, and global health. This leadership role will lead clinical trial design including KOL/consultant engagement as well as supervise a clinical operations team.  Experience as a medical director in novel drug product / technology development as well as interest in clinical pharmacology are essential. Enthusiasm for hands-on execution plus the ability to strategically plan and manage external partnership is critical.

Lyndra Therapeutics is seeking a pharmaceutical formulation development team leader to guide multiple oral long-acting pharmaceutical development programs. Lyndra’s novel ultra-long acting oral drug delivery platform uniquely combines elements of controlled drug delivery from polymeric matrices, traditional and non-traditional formulation processes such as hot-melt-extrusion, injection molding, and coating, and dynamic structural features required for gastric residence. As such, the individual in this role must be well-grounded in pharmaceutical, material, and process sciences and versatile in negotiating these aspects of the formulation design. Management, planning, design, and execution of efficient development programs for the rational design of drug matrix compositions is expected. Leading pipeline expansion and formulating APIs from a wide range of molecular classes (small molecules through biotherapeutics) and novel compounds is expected while steering the resulting drug products through discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical development phases. Experience with clinical-stage development and contributions to Regulatory submissions is expected. Enthusiasm for hands-on experimentation plus the ability to strategically plan and manage formulation scientists, including technical and professional guidance, will be a key responsibility.

Lyndra Therapeutics is seeking pre-clinical operations team members to support multiple oral long-acting pharmaceutical development programs. Lyndra’s novel ultra-long acting oral drug delivery platform uniquely combines efficacy requirements of controlled drug delivery and safety requirements of dynamic structural features required for gastric residence. As such, individuals in these roles must be well-grounded in pre-clinical development approaches. Enthusiasm for hands-on experimentation plus the ability to strategically plan and manage pre-clinical efforts is critical. Driving innovation while combining sound scientific approaches using experimental design to advance the required technical and mechanic product development attributes is required.

Lyndra Therapeutics is seeking process development team members to support multiple oral long-acting pharmaceutical development programs. Lyndra’s novel ultra-long acting oral drug delivery platform uniquely combines elements of controlled drug delivery from polymeric matrices, traditional and non-traditional formulation processes such as hot-melt-extrusion, injection molding, and coating, and dynamic structural features required for gastric residence. As such,  individuals in these roles must be well-grounded in pharmaceutical, material, and process sciences and versatile in negotiating these aspects of the process development. Enthusiasm for hands-on experimentation plus the ability to strategically plan and manage process development efforts is critical. Driving innovation while combining sound scientific approaches using experimental design to advance the required technical and process development attributes is required. Experience with polymeric materials and solvent or aqueous based coating is expected.

Lyndra Therapeutics is seeking mechanical engineering development team members to support multiple oral long-acting pharmaceutical development programs. Lyndra’s novel ultra-long acting oral drug delivery platform uniquely combines elements of controlled drug delivery from polymeric matrices, traditional and non-traditional formulation processes such as hot-melt-extrusion, injection molding, and coating, and dynamic structural features required for gastric residence. As such,  individuals in these roles must be well-grounded in mechanical, material, and process engineering sciences and versatile in negotiating these aspects of the process development. Enthusiasm for hands-on experimentation plus the ability to strategically plan and manage process development efforts is critical. Driving innovation while combining sound scientific approaches using experimental design to advance the required technical and mechanic product development attributes is required. Experience with CAD design, FEA, and other mechanical engineering technical related to injection molding of various materials and design for manufacturing assembly processes is required.
